Beer and Associates (working in partnership with MRO Facilities) design and manage the construction and fit out of hangars for the Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Painting of all types of aircraft, on a world wide basis.

The BA & MRO Team have experience and understanding of the facilities requirements for the full range of checks required by International Airworthiness Authorities such as the FAA and aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus.

We also have experience and understanding of the issues arising from working in a wide range of locations including- Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Eastern Europe, Russia, India etc.

Typically, the BA & MRO Team work closely with individual client teams to produce project layouts with detailed equipment layouts and services performance criteria.

The projects are generally delivered using design/ build form of contract whereby a local team of designers and contractors is utilised to complete the detailed design and construction in accordance with the client requirements developed by the BA & MRO Team

This modus operandi combines the knowledge and skill of the BA & MRO Team with local construction resources. In this manner, world class facilities are produced at costs appropriate to the particular project location.

Clients include Lufthansa, Ryanair, Indigo, Bulgarian Airways and Maas Aviation etc.
